Remains of Us

This painting speaks to the quiet weight many people carry every day. The figure stands covered, not to hide from others, but to protect what’s left inside. The cracked surface shows how life wears us down—through stress, loss, and constant noise. The faded letters behind hint at a world full of messages, information, and demands, yet none of it feels clear or helpful anymore.

The mask and hood suggest distance, but also survival. Sometimes we shut out the world just to keep going. The buildings and rough textures point to a life shaped by pressure, routine, and unseen struggle.

But there’s still light breaking through. That matters. It means even when things feel worn out or overwhelming, something human remains underneath—quiet, resilient, and still standing.
